Bought this primarily for leg cramps, which were waking me up at night and causing considerable pain. After a couple of half-hour soaks in the tub using these flakes, leg cramps are gone, and chronic back pain has subsided somewhat as well. I have been using regular old Epsom salts for years with no discernible effect, so I am very pleasantly surprised by these early results. These magnesium flakes are also a pretty good value in my opinion. Recommended amount for a bath soak is 10 tablespoons. At that rate, this bag should last a month or more. So in my opinion, this is one of the few products out there designed to minimize pain/cramps that actually works. The easily absorbed magnesium in this form also seems to produce a calming effect, which doesn’t hurt at all in this time of pandemic and political anxiety. I notice no skin irritation whatsoever — in fact, maybe the opposite, less itchiness, etc. than before use. I will update this review as necessary. As always, your mileage may vary.

Only giving this 4 stars for now because I’ve only opened & checked out the bath salts & smelled it. I can’t make a full critique until I actually try it in the bath. The positives are that it is a generous size bag & the salts look great. Not yet 100% sure about the fragrance. Smelling it in the open bag, it smells a bit medicinal rather than pronounced aroma of lavender or cedarwood, perhaps I’m smelling mostly the cedarwood. I won’t know if I like the fragrance until I actually use it in the bath, but I am feeling that, therapeutically, I really like it, as I do their bottled Aloe Vera. Hope to come back & update once I have tried the salts in my bathtub.

This is, by far, the best bath salt I have ever used. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and also depression, and this relaxes me like nothing else. This is my go-to when I’m feeling anxious or stressed. The chamomile/sage blend is absolutely lovely and not overpowering at all. I love that the oils are organic and that it feels very natural without any added fragrance, like other bath salts. It also leaves my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. Great for detoxing your body and relieving your mind. I could seriously soak in it for hours!
⚠️ Be careful not to fall asleep in the tub due to extreme relaxation 😉

Love the smell of this product when package is opened. Once poured into bath, smell is not noticeable, but the silkiness of the water is very noticeable. These flakes dissolve instantly so one does not have to stir and stir the water to make the product dissolve like some granular formulations.
Soaking in a bath with this product added, helps with muscle soreness and relaxation and greatly helps one to sleep better.
Another added benefit, if you live in an area with chiggers, is that this soak seems to take away the itch if you have gotten any chigger bites during the day. Imagine it might also work for mosquito bites. Regardless, it is soothing to the skin and an easy way to enjoy the healthful benefits of magnesium.

I am in love with this product. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, but it smells SO GOOD. My feet are so soft, even after only one soak and I had no idea Cedarwood oil helps release melatonin in the body. I have purchased so many magnesium lotions and sprays in the past because I know magnesium is better absorbed through the skin instead of through an oral supplement, but all of those lotions stank and burned my sensitive skin. I finally found an enjoyable way to incorporate magnesium into my health plan. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a PDF guide after my purchase, alerting me to tips on how to use magnesium to better my health. Great product! And I can afford it too! I enjoy supporting small businesses that truly care about their customers too and that is obvious through this purchase. A+

There is nothing to dislike about this product. I’ve tried many different brands, but this one is hands down the best all around. I have a joint disorder that causes widespread chronic pain and muscle spasms which makes it really tough to get a good night’s sleep. I’m also prone to being a huge worry wart – also not conducive to feeling relaxed. My pain management doc recommended magnesium supplements, but no matter what kind I tried I ended up with digestive issues. I found out about magnesium flakes from a holistic pharmacist and was pretty skeptical, but they actually do work! The magnesium gets absorbed through your skin, so you don’t have any digestive side effects and it works so much more quickly than pills. As I’ve said, I tried several brands and this is the one I prefer because the added lavender and cedarwood essential oils really help calm the mind while the magnesium helps with muscle spasms, joint pain, restless legs and just all over body relaxation. It smells amazing too! You can use it as a foot soak if you don’t have a tub, it’s supposed to work the same way, though I’ve never tried it. Great pain relief plus mind and body relaxation! Amazing product!

Maybe one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had on Amazon. Bought the product just to try it. Got a well written email from the seller expressing their customer service first attitude. I got the product on time in wonderful condition and tried it last night. It’s like being transported to a high-end spa experience I’ve only had a few times in my life. The smell was so incredible, it was an amazing escape. I slept amazing last night dreaming of calm and relaxing things. I will definitely buy this again, refer to friends and buy as gifts for family.
