Purchased this for an elderly relative who really appreciates it and finds that it works well. One star is because it is a $95 device that does not come with a plug! There is a USB cord, but you have to supply your own plug. Really?!? It was upsetting and confusing to my relative. Very disappointed!

My wife and I bought the item as a birthday gift for a friend who deals with a lot of pain and soreness. UPDATE: I discovered soot or some other dirt on the contacts between the hot/cold head and the unit. Once I cleaned that off, it has been working like new. The overheat sensor must have been affected by the presence of the soot.
I loved it for the first 2 months. then it started to shut off automatically after less than a minute. It is fully charged. I was travelling with for another month and found the problem got worse. No it stays on for a few seconds only!
In the help info it mentions adjusting the auto-shutoff setting, but I don’t see such a button my massager. I’m sad that I can not replace it, because I loved it so much

1.) Solo se puede cargar con el cable muy corto que viene con el dispositivo. Otros cables USB-C no funcionan.
2.) Tiene muy poca presión.
3.) Dejó de funcionar después de menos de 10 usos.
4.) El servicio de atención al cliente de la empresa desestimó mi solicitud de ayuda, a pesar de que ofrecí pagar para que lo repararan a pesar de un uso limitado.
En general, una experiencia terrible de principio a fin. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Other than charging time at home, this Handheld but somewhat Heavy percussion massager is a Dynamo! The First Generation Massager has Much Better Attachments for Deep Tissue Locations than the Second Generation Model.

I had an older model. This one seems to be a bit more powerful. The options for the use of attachments is better explained. The new finish is supposed to be softer to the hand but I really can’t tell the difference; this unit is just gray where the original was charcoal. The instructions are a bit confusing and if I didn’t know how to use the old version, which was pretty simple, I don’t think I could figure these new instructions out. So far I’m going by the old rules. The cord that comes with the unit is very nice but very short. Near this unit there was an option for one that’s 3-4 feet that I personally find more practical. It’s just a USB to USBc cord. It took me a few tries to figure out how to get the charger cord into the unit and you have to be precise. The unit does a decent job of holding a charge but I always wish it was longer to help me with my muscle spasms so I had to buy this second unit to keep action going long enough to deal with tough spasms. I also find that if I hold my hand around the ball so the ball doesn’t touch my skin, that I can get some real relief from facial tension in delicate areas. My arm range is limited but aI can also get to the back of my neck – which is a spot where all we computer addicts need help.

This is a wonderful massager! I use it everyday, especially after my morning runs. It comes with different attachments, which makes it ideal to target different muscle groups. It is easy to use by yourself, even on your back. I would have preferred the handle part to be a little longer to reach my middle back, but I can manage.
To turn on and off, leave power button pressed for about 2 secs. The battery seriously lasts for what seems forever. I usually charge it once every few weeks with every day use. It has an auto shut off function after 10 minutes (which also saves battery) to make sure you are not over using it on one particular area.
You don’t have to be a runner or into exercising at all to benefit from the massager. If you work on your feet a lot, are overworked and stressed, or just have muscle tightness, this is a good choice of massager for you. And it’s a great price!

I also had to wiggle the charging cable a little to get it to show that it was being charged.

I have purchased this for myself, one for my brother and one for my dad. We LOVE this massager! I get knots in my neck and lower back from my job as a dental hygienist. With this massager I can really press down hard to get deep in the tissue and it doesn’t hinder the vibration action at all. It won’t stop or even slow down. My husband had to crawl around in his mothers floor to do repairs the other day and got a painful catch/knot in his shoulder- I used it on him that night and by the next morning he had completely forgotten about his shoulder pain. 100% recommend!
