These sizes are most appropriate for large areas such as back and legs. Smaller one good for knees, neck, arms. Be sure you have lots of lotion or oil on area you work with or it will cause discomfort.

Amazing. I have only had them a few weeks, but as long as they are applied correctly, I have no issues with suction. They work just as they should. I lift a lot and they help with my muscle soreness and knots. Especially on my traps, delts, and scapula areas. Prevents me from getting extremely tense in those areas, which ultimately prevents my headaches. Happy girl!

I didn’t know what to expect given the mixed reviews, but I loved these silicone cups. I have carpal tunnel and found them very easy to squeeze. The large cups don’t stay perfectly sealed as I move around the sides of my thighs but that could be either user error (I’m a beginner) or it could be because I don’t have very big thighs (I’m a size 0-2).
I have been using them daily and am really happy with the product and the results.

These cups feel great and I have watched numerous videos on how to use them. I love silicone. It’s non toxic and so flexible and soft. I’ve got my coconut oil coming from Amazon Subscribe and Save this month and once I get that, I’ll melt it down and put them to use. I’m heading into my 60’s after decades of raising a terrific family with my husband. I have lost a lot of muscle and see edema in my ankles. I also bought a rebounder to help with the edema as well as lymphatic drainage which these cups also are reputed to improve. Thank you so much for making these!!

This Cupping therapy set works just like professional series. My wife is a Physical Therapist and bought these to help with my back spasms. She knows how to use them and recommends using some sort of skin cream to allow movement. I also suggest watching a “how to use” video to get the most out of them. They will leave temporary marks when left on for 5 minutes or more but it does go away after a bit. Just need to clean them afterward. Helps to loosen up muscles and relieve pain. Not always immediately but within a few hours. Helps also to use as a continuing treatment, not just a one off.

I’ve done cupping for years and it’s the only thing that helps my severe back pain. I recently went on vacation and bought these since they’re smaller than my other set. Very effective!! I do the the smaller cups suction better though and it should have come with 4 smaller ones instead of 2 small and 2 big. Definitely like them though!
