Really small cups. Good for face but not for body
Tomoko Shima –
This silicone cupping set works great! I remember going to a massage therapist where they used cupping with electric equipment, but this product doesn’t require anything extra. You simply press it onto the area with tension and leave it for 3–5 minutes.
After using it on my shoulders, I felt a big release in both tightness and headaches. It’s also super easy to use — I can apply it to most areas by myself.
The set comes with three different sizes: small, medium, and large. The large one works perfectly for my back, while the medium and small sizes are great for shoulders. The smallest one is perfect for targeting specific points on arms and legs — it’s amazing!
Highly recommend!

They work the same as the brand name ones the plastic is soft and pliable which these are designed that way to be able to move them around and release fascia.
Tiffany Flowers –
Good flexibility for many areas of the body and have a good suction. Loving them so far for soft tissue mobilization.

It’s an effective tool for lymphatic drainage and myofascial release after a good gym day. The product feels solid and not made of cheap materials. The suction intensity on the accu-cup is responsive. I appreciate that it comes in various sizes. It’s a staple for my weekly self-care routines. You don’t have to be a professional to use. It’s user friendly and pretty self explanatory.

not as strong suction, but does the job

My PT let me know that cupping actually works for breaking up tightness from scar tissue, and these have done such a great job! Nice small pack of cups to use, very simple to use. Appreciated that this smaller size pack existed as I did not need many.

I’ve been using this silicone cupping therapy set for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The cups are soft but sturdy, making them easy to apply and remove without discomfort. Unlike traditional glass or plastic cups, these don’t require a pump or flame, which makes the process much safer and more convenient for home use.
They work well for relieving muscle tension, especially in the back, shoulders, and legs. I noticed improved circulation and less soreness after just a few sessions. The different sizes are useful for various areas of the body, and the flexibility allows better suction on curved surfaces.
Cleaning is simple—just soap and warm water—and the silicone hasn’t shown any signs of wear. I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone interested in trying cupping therapy at home

I had high hopes for it from the 5 stars but unfortunately, this did not work out for me.

I use these for my 7 yr old, she goes to PT and they had recommended it for her. She finds it comfortable because you can control the amount of suction it gives. I feel that it has helped her. This could also be used for sore muscles n such, my husband loves that for pain relief. It is a thick silicon so I imagine that it will be long lasting and durable.

I love these cups so much better than the ones with the suction gun. I’ve used them for not just cupping but for lymphatic drainage and muscle scraping.

These silicone cupping cups are super soft and comfortable, which I really appreciated. I’ll be honest — I couldn’t quite get the suction I was hoping for, but that may very well be user error and part of the learning curve.
That said, I still prefer these over glass cups. They feel safer, easier to handle, and way less intimidating. If you’re familiar with cupping or comfortable with the technique, I think these could work really well for you.
Overall, a nice set — just be prepared to practice a bit to get the hang of it. I’d recommend them, especially if you want a gentler alternative to glass.

I’ve been using these silicone cups in between my regular professional lymphatic massage sessions to help support drainage and reduce the appearance of cellulite. They’re easy to use and create great suction without feeling too harsh.
I make sure to use plenty of body oil so they glide smoothly over the skin — that’s key! When used correctly, they feel really effective and leave my skin looking more toned and energized.
Great addition to my self-care routine at home!
