I’ve been using these for several weeks. They are very soft and the invisible zipper works just fine. I have definitely seen an improvement in my hair. I get out of bed with noticeably less static in my hair. While the product description tells you to hand wash these, I’ve been putting them in a laundry bag and washing them in the machine on the regular cycle. I do hang them up to dry. So far, they look just like new.

These are the best pillowcases I have ever used. I have had them for close to a year now and they seem to be holding up just fine. I wash on delicate and never dry and it remains looking and feeling brand new.

I first got the black silk pillowcases and was obsessed! Shortly after though, I noticed that the dye was bleeding and staining my pillow (under the pillowcase) and the sheets beneath where the pillow sat. I eventually purchased the white/ivory color (or really, non-color) and couldn’t be happier. I threw away the black pillow cases and bought multiple more sets of the white pillow cases. I actually even ended up giving all of the women in my family the white pillowcases for Christmas. I have gotten great feedback! It has been beneficial for hair health and skin health—both skin and hair look better in the morning compared to before with cotton pillowcases—which the ladies of the family have reported the same. I don’t think I can ever go back to non-silk pillowcases and this is the best bargain I’ve found—high quality feel with reasonable prices. Just be careful with colored options—it might be worth the extra spend on a more expensive option if you really want a colored pillowcase!

The Silk Pillowcase for Hair and Skin is lovely and well made. It has a zipper closure, which keeps the pillow securely in place and prevents it from slipping out.
I originally bought it hoping it would help my toddler with her hair. She tends to thrash around in her sleep and wakes up with lots of tangles. Unfortunately, I don’t think she’s actually slept on it much yet, so I can’t say it helped her hair.
I did try the pillowcase myself one night, and I really enjoyed it. It felt cool against my face and was incredibly soft and luxurious. It definitely felt comfortable and high quality.
The only downside is that it needs to be hand washed, which requires a little extra care. Overall, it’s a beautiful pillowcase and very pleasant to use.

I’ve been using these 100% mulberry silk pillowcases for a few weeks now, and the difference compared to cotton pillowcases is noticeable. The silk feels incredibly smooth and cool to the touch, which has been especially nice at night since it doesn’t trap heat the way some fabrics do.
What stood out most for me is how gentle the silk is on hair and skin. If you’ve been searching for a good pillowcase and have struggled with these types of pillowcases in the past, this one is worth trying. The price is unbeatable, but even regardless of cost, I would choose this one. I can tell it’s real silk, with good thickness and excellent quality overall. I remembered I had a piece of pure Italian silk fabric, so I got it out and compared them. I added a video showing the pillowcase next to the fabric, and the texture, feel, and subtle sheen are very similar, which reassured me that this is genuine, high-quality mulberry silk.
I’ve only ever used satin pillowcases before, and I wasn’t a fan. The satin ones I tried (from Kitsch) were too tight on the pillow, and my head felt like it was slipping and sliding off. They weren’t comfortable to use at all.
I have fine, curly-to-wavy hair that breaks very easily. Now that my hair has grown to just below my breasts, it feels like it has stopped gaining length because of breakage. I do not use heat on my hair, but I would still see broken strands on my pillowcase in the morning. I’ve been searching for something to protect my hair without the discomfort of bonnets, which keep my hairstyles preserved but are uncomfortable and always seem to fall off my head. When I slept on a regular pillowcase, my hair would look dry, frizzy, and messy by morning. My hope is that this pillowcase will keep my hair looking fresh like a bonnet would, but without the commitment of wearing something over my head all night. I just got it, so I’ll update later on how well it works for my hair.

Well made for the price. My hair already looks better…no more loose hairs on my pillow when I wake up. The material feels smooth and soft, and cool. There was no offensive smell, and it fit my queen-sized pillows perfectly. The pillowcase came in a timely manner, was packaged well and looks nice, but does not feel like silk (at least not like my other silk ones)
In doing a little digging I am not sure if it is because it uses a 16mm silk material or if it’s just not silk at all, it feels like poly satin to my fingers but I have only ever dealt with 19mm silk before and I don’t want to cut off a piece to do the burn test.
It is a pretty color (haze blue) and is slippery, the zipper is nicely hidden and works well.
The size (queen) fits to my queen pillow well.
There is no way that I would spend the money on a single pillow case if it wasn’t 100% silk, as it was a Black Friday deal I decided to chance it and unfortunately lost (either on quality material or the material itself not being what I was led to believe).
