    Lala –

    I really like this product and that is makes a very good Italian salad dressing. However, I’d like to knock off 1/2 star (but can’t, so I’ll leave at 5) as its tends to be very peppery for my tastes, so I use half a packet when mixing with oil & vinegar and it comes out near perfect for me.

    We have someone in family with celiac disease, and their food needs to be gluten free. This was a good choice, but we were disappointed that the third packet was empty in spite of no opening in packet where it could leak. Dotty Drake

    I was having a hard time finding this in the local grocery stores…the Simply Organic Italian dressing packet is bursting with flavor and has spices that kick any salad or, in my case, potato salad, up a notch! Delicious!

    If you’re looking for a similar brand to Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix, look no further.
    This takes it’s place! It’s also Gluten Free!
    I also use Balsamic Vinegar instead. Tastes great! But… be sure to make the dressing up 1 hour prior to using, as the flavors need to meld and consistency needs to thicken a bit.
