I purchased this item one year ago and it stopped working. I reached out to Amazon and they told me I have to contact the company’s product support. They do not have a telephone number and I’ve emailed them over the last two weeks and no answer. Save your money and don’t buy anything from this company.

This is really a good product, with heat and massage functions. It’s comfortable to wear it.
The only disadvantage is the users cannot adjust the volume in the first and second modes. The original volume is too noisy when go sleep. I tried two pressure modes which fit into different environments.
Anyway, I used a coupon to buy this item (maybe about 40 dollars), which worth to buy!

I was browsing for gifts when I bought this. Figured I’d try it out before I bought them for anyone else. A game changer for me. It provides different settings with heat and different pulses and is very comfortable to wear . The music reminds me of a sleep aid application and has actually put me to sleep a couple of times within the 15 min session. My wife started using mine and she loves it as well. She is going through nursing school so it helps her with eye strain. Glad I found this product.

The SKG Eye Massager has some nice features, especially the heating function, which works well and feels relaxing. The Bluetooth function is also a plus.
However, the fit was not ideal for me. The pressure around the temples feels a bit tight, while the nose bridge area doesn’t make full contact, so the massage feels uneven. Because of this, it wasn’t as comfortable as I expected.
Overall, it may work well for some users, but the fit might not suit everyone, especially depending on facial structure.
