A delightful product. I don’t do much high heat cooking so I go right ahead and use this oil for cooking as well as for drizzling and especially on salads. Comes from organic Greek orchards, which I love, as there seem to be few US organic olive grower’s offerings in our markets – that is, which are as affordable as this product is.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. If i was making something that required a gallon i might buy cheaper stuff but this last me quite awhile as a single guy cooking every night.

I’m changing my first review, because at first I didn’t get the EVOO flavor I love, .because I was used to a more intense aroma and flavor, with the oil I used to get at my local store, so I was disappointed. But eventually I started enjoying this oil, which has a more subtle flavor, now I like it.
Miss –
This is a good Greek olive oil. Use it in cooking, baking, on bread, salads, and as a skin and hair conditioner. It does have a slightly bitter after taste, but it is very smooth. Bitter is a characteristic of fresh olive oil. Some think it is a sign of better quality product, because the polyphenol content changes during over time, so fresh olive oil can be more bitter. I like and use different different olive oils, so this is not a problem for me. It is a good value and I recommend it.

Let’s say I am a bit of an olive oil snob, especially since this time I was using it therapeutically on an empty stomach. I had pretty low expectations from getting an olive oil from Amazon (and was planning to replace it with a brand I know). But to my surprise, this was so delicious! The smooth flavor, the fresh citrus-like smell, the after-taste feeling. I never finished an olive oil bottle that fast. Delightful and will be getting more.

I primarily bought this to use topically on my skin. It has a really nice thick consistency to it, compared to other oils I’ve used, which was unexpected, but a nice surprise.
I’m a model, so taking care of my skin is important. The only products I use are cocoa butter, coconut oil and olive oil. Olive oils are rich with vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, which the skin absolutely loves, so this makes the perfect moisturizer.
A little tip ~ I sometimes will apply this to my entire body, and sit in a onesie, but my daily routine is to always massage this into my chest area before bed, massaging in an upward motion. It keeps your skin firm. Make sure to warm this up in your hands before applying.
I’ve yet to try this in my salads, only because the consistency is thicker than I’m used to, but one day I’ll try it, since so many here have said they love the taste.

I love this olive oil. It smells and tastes good. It has various uses and I’m elated that I purchased it. I use it to oil my scalp, cook with and make beauty products. I like the fact that it’s organic because it gives me a piece of mind. I plan to buy more when it gone.

It’s tough to find a decent tasting affordable ORGANIC OLIVE OIL these days. This one is pretty good but it does have a slightly bitter taste by itself which I don’t like. I always mix it with lemon or lime juice for salads and veggies.

I use this EVOO for salad dressing but found it tasteless, very disappointed. To bad, Amazon does not allow refund of this item. Not worth buying, not understand why so many positive reviews. It should stop selling.
