Bought the chair primarily for my son. Also, both me and my wife are using the chair as well. A few notes:
1) Assembly – The chair is relatively easy to assemble. I was a little worried about how hard it would be to assemble, but I put it together fairly quickly.
2) Massaging power – Covers all the bases as far as massage areas. I wish the upper back area was a little stronger, but overall my son is happy and so are we.
3) Comfort – The chair is really comfortable. My son fell asleep the first time he used it.
4) Size – really nice and compact size. Able to fit in a pretty small area of my home office.
Overall, we’re satisfied. Looks great and is a nice value!

This is a pretty basic massage chair with zero-gravity features. I am 6’4″ and it works fine in all aspects but I wish that it reached higher on my neck. For shorter users, this shouldn’t be a problem.
Controls, pressure settings, and programs are all great. Assembly took about 30 minutes and was fairly easy. There are some typos in the instructions and the control pad (for example, instead of saying “OFF” it says “OF”), but those are mostly just amusing. It may be distracting if you’re trying to impress folks with this chair as being a high-luxury item, but if it is for home/family use then it is really nothing.
The inflatables on the shoulders, hands, and calves work very well. Other, more expensive chairs will probably do a more thorough job with the back and neck, but again this is a budget-priced chair and definitely worth the price.
I give it 5 stars because it does a very good job for the price point. If it were priced 50%-100% higher, I would expect more.

This chair is a really nice chair. Only a few things that I don’t like about it. One I am a 5 foot 5 woman, and I don’t get all the benefits. But this chair does everything. And 2, my buttons don’t light up. So if I’m in the dark, I need a light to look at the functions. But other than that, this chair is a very good chair. It’s very roomy, it’s easy to put together, and it’s easy to move, not really heavy.

You’re ready for this. This is the best sub $1,000 you can spend on a full-service chair that will become the centerpiece of your living room. I have 4 members of the family that use this daily when we’re all home.
Let’s put this bluntly. You’re still on a budget, and that’s okay. Honestly, there are better massage chairs out there. If you have over $2,000 to spend on a purchase like this, do it and upgrade, because the features and comfort of those chairs are better. But if you’re on a budget, this is the best chair you can get.
The foot roller, the calf squeezer, the heated pads, the shiatsu machines, the shoulder and arm pressure squeezer, the neck, THE ZERO GRAVITY. My god you feel like you’re transported to another world.
Comes in 3 packages. Assembly is quick. It’s definitely best for people who are taller than 5’8″. The neck massage is more like a head massage for those of who are shorter. We’ve solved that by sitting on top of a pillow which gives us some extra height. It’s time

My wife begged me for a massage chair after we sat in one at my sister’s house. This chair looks similar to my sister’s and for a good price, so I bought it for my wife’s birthday. She loves it! I sit in it sometimes as well and I definitely feel very relaxed afterward. I like that you can set an auto-programmed massage that does a little bit of everything, or you can focus on one area at a time. Sometimes I like to just set the foot rollers and recline back and relax.
The down-side to this chair is that there looks to be a compromise in quality assurance at this price point. For example, one of the foot airbags was not inflating. So I opened it up and found that one of the hoses was pinched during assembly (see photo). I managed to pry the hose out and it is working fine now, but we will see if it lasts long now that the hose is a little thinned out from being pinched. Also, there is a two inch gap between the shoulder area and the arm rests, which looks different from what is pictured in the description. I don’t think that there should be that much factory variance. It also gives the feeling that you are reclined too far back, leaving your arms feeling like they have to stretch to fit into the arm rests. This means the bags in the arm rests squeeze your hands more than they do your forearms.
The chair was simple to assemble, although the instructions were a bit lacking. I noticed that the instructions did not mention or picture the washers that should be used with the bolts during assembly, but I appreciate that they were included. I was surprised the manual does not mention the bluetooth speaker (unless I missed it) and I forgot about it until I came back to the item description. I tried the speaker out briefly and it sounds decent, but it seems a bit gimicky. I’m sure it has a use for someone.
Over all, it’s a great chair. I don’t think you can do better for the price. I would recommend this purchase.

Aside with some struggles with assembly this was a great purchase. Bought for my mom and dad for Christmas. Originally told I “shouldn’t have” and it was much too big for any space in the home. It is now in the living room sandwiched between two recliners. Everyone has used it including the kids. My father uses it daily. My mom about once or twice a week. My father is just shy of 6’ and is able to fit in it comfortably. It is very heavy. My husband and I snuck it in the house and put it together on Christmas Eve and we probably should’ve have a third person help. Both of us hurt our backs putting the darn thing together. It was a good present however, and it works well.

I am 5’8″ 170 lbs, so I am not small, but I cant even feel the airbags at all… they briefly touch you and release….

Just put it together today. Everything works but not a good chair. The masager is off centered and the neck message bumps the back of your head. The air bags inflate but doses nothing. I am sorry , just not a good product. Company offered me over $100. 00 to keep it. We packed it up and Sent it back in the same condtion. There is a portable chair on Amazon that is much better and It works properly. Now I am just Waiting for a refund.

Believe me – I was all for giving this chair a chance – my son has a similar one and I loved it so I bought this one from another company. It came pretty quickly, it was easy to set up, it looks cool – BUT unfortunately all of that is great except that the massage is TERRIBLE! The most important spot we all want massaged is between and around our shoulder blades – this chair does not have a roller in that area at all. The neck roller is too high so it massages your cranium and it hurts and the waist roller is too low so it actually rubs against your hip bone and it bruises you!
Wrote to the company and their solution was a $70 credit and suggested that “maybe you can sell to family member or friend” – they will not pay to send back or replace the chair. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED! I had bought it as a wedding gift for my daughter. Grrrr….
UPDATE 7/13/21 This company did everything it could to delay the return and now they never refunded my money although all items have been returned. HOW DOES AMAZON ALLOW THIS???
