I incorporate this massage oil during my facial treatments. It is an oil that does not leave the skin feeling greasy. Lavender scent is light and refreshing, not overpowering.

This is the first time ordering my favorite body lotion (yes, not for massage, but as a body lotion) from Amazon. OMG, it almost didn’t make it. The package was barely larger than the gallon jug and one small air “pillow” strip of packing, which had been broken during transit. You know when you pick up your order and the post office has enclosed it in a tightly tied plastic bag something is wrong! The package was oil soaked, the additional plastic bag around the jug contained at least a half cup of oil. Thank goodness the jug did not break open but apparently something large had compressed it enough to break the seal under the lid. Thus the mess.
Anyway,almost all of the gallon jug survived and I have loved this product forever. The oil absorbs into my skin without residual mess, it doesn’t mess up my clothing. Uh, disclaimer. Don’t put on a silk blouse until the oil has been completely absorbed by your skin.

LMT here. I’ve gone through lots of trial and error and with the climate I live in. (Humid and warm year round) it’s been a struggle finding oils that don’t go rancid. The 1/2 gallon has been my solution and also keeping it in the fridge. I’ve noticed it doesn’t spoil as fast as when i buy a gallon and therefore my linens stay fresh —> less sheet replacements. It has great glide, you can just andjust your smoujt for modalities and I’ve loved the feel. I usually add a couple pumps of lotion for deeper work so overall versatile viscosity. I’m pleased that they carry a nut/allergy free option (which is what i usually get) that I typically blend fresh daily in my bottle with EO’s since it’s unscented (unless it’s rancid). Have so far received in-tact packages (nothing leaking) or cracked and I’ve ordered about 2 or 3 times now. Price point could be a little better compared to the gallon price but it’s a great option. I’ve used the same brand for a couple years now and have had zero complaints and a few compliments and inquiries on what it is that I use.

My ‘clients’ or massage recipients have commented highly on the quality and fragrance of this oil. It’s very subtle and not overpowering.
The oil is a perfect oil for a massage. It allows me the viscosity to move freely, yet does not become slippery.
If you are serious about massage therapy or are getting into it, purchase one of these. It won’t be long before you purchase another one.

Ordered the muscle comfort gallon January 2025 . Happy to report that i received what I expected which is a lovely warm aromatic oil with strong rosemary scent – no leaks !
No clue why it’s priced far below the value i anticipated or listed from other vendors but it’s the real deal!

Glide is pretty good but need a base layer of lotion on your hands and forearms first. I use soothing touch lotion for that. Been a massage therapist in Vegas for over 10 years, all the sensitive skin therapists have never had a reaction to soothing touch. I’ve used it in my private practice for 6 years now. Even when I work in spas I bring my own soothing touch lotion to put on my hands before using their products, it protects my skin and keeps me hydrated in this desert.

This oil is just right. It has no scent. You can add some if you want, or burn incense. It won’t conflict with any aroma. It does not feel greasy. It stays slippery with just the right amount of friction. Your skin feels soft once it’s worked in. And having no nut oil in it you don’t have to worry about any allergic reactions. I am just really pleased with it.
