Very affordable and effective sound therapy. I have had sound therapy from health providers and this is just as effective. Easy to use, easy to set timer and volume. I love it doesn’t need batteries and holds the charge long. It helps me sleep deeply. Muscles relax and I feel rested and peaceful quite awhile after running it. I was concerned it might upset my cats, but they seem to like it and continue as always when it is on. They sleep whether it is on or not. They play more when they wake. I highly recommend this item. Firstly, the device itself is of excellent build quality. Secondly, its functionality is such a beautiful boost to my daily routine. I find it is so much more relaxing to have it on even during rather automated tasks like laundry and dishes—it’s a calm energy and focus. I find it helps me tune all the news, noise and incessant chatter from my mind and just relax more. I haven’t been monitoring my blood pressure daily, so I can’t attest to the validity of my suspicion that i wouldn’t be surprised if it helps in keeping it in the normal range when I’m tuned into it.
