I loved this book! Another reviewer mentioned repetition and there were the occasional repeating paragraphs but it wasn’t consistent. Overall the information was fascinating and eye opening. Who knew sound could potentially stimulate the production of nitric oxide in our skin?! AMAZING. So grateful I found this course and book!!
