Spike is one of my favorite seasonings! There are so many in one jar, you almost don’t miss the salt. I was making meat sauce and added it to the simmering pot. It added another dimension to the sauce. I haven’t had Spike in the cupboard for a while. It’s cold so I’m making sauces and casseroles, while watching out for too much fat and salt.
