They used to sell this inside of Sephora, which is where I first experienced using this product. Hands down THE best eyeliner that I’ve ever used – and I use it daily. Goes on smooth and consistent, is the right shade for me personally. I mean, if you have dark brown hair and eyelashes, this looks far more natural than say… black, unless you are going for that contrast. I prefer a more subtle look ala Korean beauty standard so this one is a must for me. Stays on even after working all day, crying (yup, tested that before, too, lol), sweating, etc. Love this – I think I’ve ordered it at least 15 times. I like to have one on standby always, so I don’t run out.

I was looking for a good eyeliner to replace the Tarte maneater liquid liner that has been discontinued. This one almost fit the bill. I really like it, but not quite perfect for me. It somehow seems dryer even though it goes on wet. I have to shake the pen slightly before doing my 2nd eye. It stays all day, but does become slightly flaky by night. Not that I recommend sleeping in makeup, but if you do, it will be at least half flake off by morning. My maneater liner could stay put for days. This has traditional applicator vs the brush which I suspect is what makes it less wet on application.
Pros: goes on easy, stays all day. Dries quickly after application, great black matte fine line color. Fantastic for fine line strokes
Cons: formula or applicator a little dry, slightly flakes by evening. When applying need to gently shake to get applicator wet enough for broader strokes on one pass, or go over line a couple times.

So I originally left a 5 star review and was super thrilled with this product! It was the first I’d found that wouldn’t smudge with my oily skin. I honestly don’t know if something changed when I bought my second tube of eyeliner (the first one lasted me over a year – I will give it credit for that!) or if I just hadn’t noticed that it wasn’t waterproof the first time. After I got the new one, I decided to start using it on the bottom of my eyes as well, and that’s when I started noticing it was smudging more easily and would smear if I had been crying. This is not waterproof. (At least my second tube isn’t.) Also, if I rub my eyes (Which you’re not supposed to do and is my fault anyway) it smears black everywhere and I have checked to make sure it’s the eyeliner and not my mascara that is smearing everywhere. I will say that I still enjoy using it. It does create a beautiful, black line, as thick or as thin as you’d like it. But I have changed my review from 5 stars to 3 stars simply because I have found it’s not waterproof.

I really like this brand for draw on eyeliner. I got the dark gray shade and like it better for work than the usual black I buy. Tube lasts a long time but do be sure to recap it. If it dries out, it’s done.

this is what I’ve sworn by since I can remember. but recently I needed a new one and it literally came dry. so I shook and set it upside down for days thinking the formula would glide and be more opaque. but nope. it streaks, its dry, its shear in spots i have heavy eyeshadow because its just not good. what happened? dude, I will do smokey faded 10 color eyeshadow looks till Im gone, and normally this stuff passes over it and i can whip through and application fast and the tip even helped me stay sharp. used i

Love this eyeliner and it truly stays put! Easy to apply to my aging eyelids which have started to droop more now that I’m in my 40s. I also wear cluster lashes and this helps to conceal some of the white dried eye residue that gets on my lashes after sleep. It also lasts awhile and even using every day I don’t have replace but every 3-4 months. I’ve tried several waterproof liner competitors with a similar tip application, such as Clinique and this product works much better. Never leaves smears or marks on my upper lids (which is often a problem with hooded eyelids).

I’ve never used a felt tip eyeliner before and more than two months in, it’s a lot better than the traditional brush eye liner since I don’t have to worry about the bristles fraying. It stays on all day and drys quickly after application

Exactly what I wanted and expected. Doesn’t smear off from the oil on my upper eyes. Stays on all day in Orlando heat and sweat like a tattoo. You’d only need a light touch up if you’re not rubbing your eyes.
Gives me sharp lines and looks nice. I like the brush, but I usually wipe it on a paper towel first after shaking so it isn’t so damp. I recommend this if you like the cheaper version (revlon), but you’re tired of how fast it runs out.

I am a daily user of liquid eyeliner and spent a long time finding one that didn’t irritate my eyes (I have dry eyes and blepharitis). I tried natural versions, but in the end it just didn’t cut it. I decided instead to go for one with longevity, and after searching online I found this eyeliner which was recommended for not budging.
So I used to have issues with tearing in the corners of my eyes due to eyeliner. I thought I was going to have to stop wearing it. I tried pencils, organic types, and oil types too but to no avail. This eyeliner however does not irritate my eyes at all, and it stays in place all day. It even survived spa days, it’s that good (I’m very self conscious without make up!).
It’s a beautiful solid deep black hue, and is easy to apply. I have found the last one I bought particularly “wet” so harder to get precision, but usually the tip is very easy to create fine flicks and lines. Either way, I’d recommend this eyeliner completely for daily use. I also have no issues getting it off with an oil based makeup remover that is kind to eyes.
Uodate: I just bought the alloy one and initially didn’t like it as it’s very light on the lid. But it’s really nice as a less intense look and also stays on all day. It’s actually very pretty but you can’t really wear it with eyeshadow as you can’t see it.
