I really like these, strawberry is my least favorite, I just add more water to mellow out the taste. I feel like they are helping and gave ordered several more bags already! I also wanted ones that were moderate in sodium and were sugar free!

The raspberry flavor is decent, but the strawberry straight up tastes like a chemical concoction.
Ingredients seem relatively mild, especially compared to other electrolyte mixes.
Dissolves decently, with sometimes a little residue left in the bottom regardless of stirring.
It is good at rehydrating though, and doesn’t feel like it leaves a film from drinking it either.
I wouldn’t get it again, but it is a decent option if you don’t care about taste that much

These are super refreshing, got them to take to Disneyland on an extremely hot day where I knew I was going to be walking and sweating all day long and im glad i did, I felt so much more hydrated than I would’ve with just regular water, the electrolytes kept me energized and nicely replenished throughout the day and all the flavors were really enjoyable. They are a bit on the sweet side which I liked, but if you don’t, you can always add more water. These also did not have much of a salty aftertaste as others I’ve tried. Overall, these are a great alternative to the name brand ones on the market, but so much more affordable

I love that it helps me stay hydrated throughout the day, I have a problem with drinking enough water and these really help. I love the flavors, no dyes, easy to mix, and no weird textures. I sometimes just use a half a stick per glass of water, flavor is more watered down but still makes it enjoyable and i can get 2 glasses of water in from one stick.
My skin & body has thanked me for purchasing these. I recommend for those who struggle to get their daily water intake but want clean ingredients.

It’s hard to find a good electrolyte powder that actually taste decent. I’ve tried many different brands trying to find that one and this is the one I think taste the very best. If you like it strong use the whole packet me personally I use half the packet and still enjoy the taste. It’s very smooth mixes very well with cold water. Never tried it with hot water but it probably does even better with it. Seems to keep me hydrated so it must be working 🙂 the quality of this powder is excellent.
The size for the price is very good as well. I’ll keep buying this product

I love all the different flavor options included and they all taste great, grape was my favorite! They dissolve well but to leave the water a little hazy and gritty tasting, but I feel like that’s to be expected with most packets like this. The speed of it dissolving was nice and quick, easy to shake in a water bottle too! The quality of it working was great and I would definitely buy again. 3 out of the 5 of the flavors were pretty good. The lemon, orange and strawberry were decent. A little strong at first but after like 8-10 sips you get used to it and they’re pretty good. The grape tastes like chemicals and the watermelon tastes like super artificially flavored cotton candy or bubble gum. Those 2 were awful. So I’ll give this 3 stars for the 3 good flavors it had. Probably not worth the money considering though I still have like 8 packs of powder flavoring left.
