Use just as you use to use pasta. It cooks in 4-5 minutes. There are 25 grams of protein in a 2 oz. serving! It is the same consistency as any thin spagetti. I just served it to a friend who is trying to find high protein foods for her husband. She was so excited to find this so her husband could have his spagetti again.

It’s rare that I give anything five stars, but just had to with this.
Been looking for a decent low carb pasta for a while, and tried a whole lot of different ones before finding this. It hits the spot, much tastier than wheat flour pasta, with better texture, and it’s more nutritious as well.

Using the word “powerful” sounds inappropriate when describing food, but this huge protein dish actually empowered me!
I followed the easy, simple recipe and after draining it, I added some marinara sauce and it was GREAT! After finishing a bowl, I ate a second bowlful but this time, instead of sauce, I added sour cream, and again it was great tasting! Holy Macaroni! I am hooked!
I highly recommend it! I sound like they paid me to write this review, but they of course, did not! The Only Bean is yummy, filling and strengthening! The feeling of strength most likely is due to high protein content!
What I like most is that I only had to cook it for 5 minutes! Also it has a chewy consistency, very similar to eating real spaghetti or pasta!
Guys! I feel full and great!
Do yourself a favor! Buy “The Only Bean!”

It cooks in 4-5 minutes. The texture is more like regular pasta. Tastes good and has less calories and carbs then regular pasta and is a good source of protein.
