Can’t wait to try the second generation versions of these… the concept is up my alley… and I do love therabody products. However, this model is only impractical because of its size and weight, but also not super helpful for the features it advertises for.

ordered a brand new one and received an opened box with the corners already ripped, the charging cable was also missing

These goggles are so incredible. They help my wife’s headaches and make it really easy to fall asleep. Noticeable relaxation from using these for only a few minutes. Super waxy to pair with my phone for different pre-programmed routines. Highly recommend.

I was nervous about spending $199 at first, but they’ve become such a crucial part of my bedtime routine. I use them almost every night before bed, and they really do help me fall asleep faster. As soon as I put them on, the warmth and gentle massage just melts away my tension – it’s like having a spa treatment for my eyes and temples!
I should mention that while they market this for focus and meditation too, I haven’t really gotten much out of those features. But honestly? I don’t even care because it’s so perfect for helping me sleep. If you’re looking for something to help you wind down at night, these goggles have been a total game-changer for me.

Lady friend loves this. Dog chewed on it, still works. Strong. Amazing. Looks goofy on her but in a cute way. Well worth the money to help with migraines. Also fits very well. She has fallen fast asleep with it multiple times. 11/10 investment. I give it 3 peacful nights and a honey roasted ham.

Excellent device, and the app allows you to try many different scenarios.

Great massager. Perfect for the forehead and under eye areas. Which in this case is what I needed. Heat function when set on “high” is very low (missing expectations) especially in comparison to alternatives that are a quarter of the price (heat was a nice to have on my list- so not a deal breaker).
LAUREN –
Item does a very nice job with massaging the temple area. The vibration and compression and heat are all very nice and well done. However, at the end of each session it makes an annoying loud beep. It startled me awake and does the reverse of its intended goal of helping consumers relax and fall asleep. I contacted the manufacturer, Therabody, and I was told that they are unable to disable it. They are aware of the problem and I’ve seen many people make this same complaint. If they had said that they were working on an update that would disable the beep, then I wouldn’t have returned the item. The beep happens at any end of session and also at the end of 15 minutes. Completely disruptive and a bad design.
They also put the controls on the area above the eye on each side. If you go to adjust the goggles upper down or left or right, you end up pressing the controls accidentally because it’s pretty hard to avoid the controls when you’re moving the goggles into a different place. Bad design again !

Ooo m not crazy about the pressure to temples but it works. I use it to sleep

Great technology
Danny Lombardi –
Extremely loud and heavy on face. The only time it relaxes you is when it stops massaging. Might give you a headache from it talking into your temples
Justin –
This was a christmas present amd honestly I wasnt sure if id like it. Its actually really nice. Its just loud, which is why I gave it 4 stars. But it does help me relax and it fits me well.

For the cost of these smart goggles, they should work a lot better. They don’t fit to cover and blackout your eyes, and I have a fairly average normal profile face. The kneading function doesn’t really hit your temples or that spot between your eye brows, it’s close but fairly mediocre for relief. On the upside I do like that you can program how long it runs and that there’s different functions via the app. I have a much cheaper pair of these that the function is better but it comes with some onboard music that’s awful and takes three minutes of the programrd 15 minutes to turn off. Ugh. I’ll keep these because I got them on sale, but I really really wish they worked better.

THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!
i was definitely intimidated by the price of this thing but holy wow – with an 8 month old baby and a husband with a high stress job and sleep problems this has been life saving for the both of us. it relives my stress headaches like nothing else and i haven’t seen my husband sleep as well as he has been in a long time. it fits well on both of us even though we definitely have different sized heads and the battery life is more than reasonable. I think this is going to be well worth the money with the comfort it will be bringing us in the future.

Got as a gift and my wife loves it. She uses all the time. Great for relaxing and meditating. Helps her fall to sleep or when she has a headache.
Dmytro S. –
Great for stress relief. I like that the app gives HR before and after using the goggles.

I expected it to do more than massage the temple, I thought it would have massage under the eyebrows and up cheek. Vibrations are not as strong. Its still has good quality and the app is good, but its just an expectation for the price, i thought it could do more. Buying one for less than $100 would probably do the same

These goggles are excellent! I was given them as a gift for stress and headache relief. They are comfortable and very relaxing! I love that it connects to my phone for great meditations and noise cancellation. The heat levels are fantastic and it seems like a solid device that will last. I have had this over a year and still use it regularly. I highly recommend it!

I believe this is outstanding product on the market. But there is a way to improve:
1. Bad quality material of inner surface. It smells like cheap plastic, like device for $2. I’m not sure how much time it is required for that smell to go out. And have no idea when this material will start to crack, as it is definitely not a natural leather.
2. Elastic band at the back may be better, to make the mask align a face better. Like Y-strap. Engines inside have enough power, but some part of this power gets dissipated in the air because of misalignment. If I hold the mask by hand, it works much better. But it’s not an option when you’d like to get some relax.

These goggles are amazing. My husband uses them every night, and when he’s out of town, I get to steal them.
I gave 4 stars because I was expecting them to be total blackout, but you can still see through them at the bottom.

For the price this is not a good buy. You can get the same thing for 50 dollars. I bought this to replace the hard shelled larger model I have had for a few years figuring it would be more comfortable and black out light better, but not really. The form doesn’t fit right and as it tightens and releases you are going to get light bleed through despite its advertisement that you won’t, as the cushions are not thick enough.
Admittedly I must have a big head in their world (other brands have been fine) as I also had to loosen the strap as much as I possibly could just to wear it and even then it was snugger than I would have liked.
Finally, it is less bulky than cheaper models but it still has a decent mass and hardness to it. This is unavoidable to a degree in order to get the heat and massaging functions, but I expected a lot more padding and efforts to make it comfortable for the whopping 3x cost compared to other brands.

We ordered one and it worked great the first time. Suddenly, it stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. We returned it for a replacement, which just arrived today. The replacement is clearly used and not even properly refurbished. It literally has makeup and face grease on it. How do I know THIS one wasn’t returned for some sort of defect?
I’ve bought other products from this brand that were great, but this experience has greatly reduced my confidence in the brand. They can not possibly be proud of this product or experience and I’ll be returning this disgusting, used one as well.
Jonathan Dunkerley –
This is one of my favorite Therabody products. I put these on and I relax fast. It’s heat plus gentle pressure around your eyes and temples, with modes for relaxing, focus, or sleep. The app makes it even better with guided sessions and calming sounds. If you get screen fatigue or tension in your forehead/temples, these have been clutch for me.

This thing is huge and didn’t fit my face. Just squeezes your temples with a ton of empty space between your eyes.
If you enjoy listening to the sound of muffled drilling and construction, then get these.
