This product is one of the only ones that helped clear up a bad flare or Perioral dermatitis. I just applied it over the inflamed areas over night and by the morning the inflammation was significantly reduced. It is quite thick and doesn’t absorb the best, but it works as intended and did not break me out. I highly recommend for anyone dealing with a bad flare of rosacea.

I’ve tried other things but for $20 this can’t be beat. My skin has reacted beneficially to zinc before but this really made leaps other zinc creams didn’t. The redness and bumps were on my cheeks but my tone is now almost back to how it was before. These skin issues came out of nowhere so finally finding something that is working has been amazing. There is a white cast but you can rub it in quite a bit, a little goes a long way.
Edit: 2 weeks in and my skin is almost completely back to normal!

Years ago I used a zinc product and got rid of psoriasis patches in my ears. The product was liquid and difficult to get in the right spot. The patches have returned in the last couple of years and the prescription cream doesn’t help much. I bought this a few weeks ago and it’s doing a great job with the patches. One is almost completely gone and the other is greatly improved. I have no doubt this will resolve my issue completely in the next month or two.

This cream works better than the ointment prescribed by my dermatologist (Metronidazole) on treating rosacea.
Yesc the texture is quick thick and is not ideal for oily skin of used under makeup, but the benefit outweighs this.
If you find this cream hard to blend on your face, especially over moisturizers, after using it for months, I have learned that you may just apply it, wait about 20 seconds and let your body heat melt it a bit, then blend it onto your skin. It’ll form a nice layer to do its work. Give this a try!
For people who have dry skin, it keeps the facial skin moist with a slight glow.

Love it! It really soothes my ultra-senaitive skin even in a rosacea flare up. With just a few uses, I feel like my skin barrier is stronger. I only gave it four stars because I do find it drying. I add a couple layers of moisture after it has set in.

I’ve tried a so many products for years , this has given the best results. Noticeable difference in rosacea/broken capillaries. I use it every night before bed. It’s unscented, no irritation. It does go on thick but blends well which is why I use it at night. It’s not like diaper cream with zinc (tried that too) it doesn’t clog pores. I’ve set up a subscription for repeat delivery . Love this product. Worth a try!

My sensitive rosacea skin absolutely loved this repair cream! It’s rich and thick, feels ultra soothing when I was having a bad flair up and never burned. I have light colored skin and didn’t have any issues of a stark white cast that didn’t diminish after a few minutes. I applied it multiple times a day and it really helped to calm down my skin. It gave me a beautiful glow and wasn’t sticky. 10/10

The zinc cream is not a cream — it’s an ointment. It’s realllly thick, but it WORKS. My skin is really dry and lipid-deficient, yet also covered in acne, and so stubborn just about nothing works on it. This cream is genuinely so calming and nourishing, and my skin actually looks healthier after it’s absorbed, which I’ve never seen a cream do. Here’s the issue: this is for night time only. It’s 10% zinc, so of course it leaves a cast. It’s also super occlusive, and if you put on a lot then it can take hours to absorb. It takes a bit of effort to work into the skin, and doesn’t like to mix with anything watery that hasn’t completely absorbed yet. However, these inconveniences are well worth it for me because I’ve literally never encountered a cream like this in my life. Try it!

Smells much better than using desitin or other zinc oxide baby products with more zinc inside them. Has no fishy smell compared to them. Thick but easy to apply. I use a round cotton pad to apply and it works perfect and if you moisten the cotton round it helps even more. A bit greasy til it soaks in but super moisturizing. More expensive but again worth it due to smell being exponentially better. Will buy again. My after photo I’m wearing a minimal amount of make up and before the redness would have been super bright like before photo. Works great for rosacea.

I only need a smidge (half a pea, if that) for my nose and cheeks, and then spread it around. Best used as a night cream because it leaves a white cast. I also rub a little into the backs of my hands and find that my nails are stronger and longer.

I use it every other night, as a face mask pretty much. My skin is always fresh, hydrated, and soft next morning. Essential now in my skin care night routine.
