Texture made gripping the blocks very easy. They are not hard on hands or legs, while still being solid enough to put weight on. Great quality for any price and I loved the color. When it comes to the feel of the blocks I was worried at first because I have difficulties touching some textures…did NOT have any problems with these!!!

The shape and size are exactly what I expected from using yoga blocks at a studio. They work well for yoga; there is a little give in the foam when I put my weight on them.
I was surprised at how soft the surface of the foam is and it definitely is easy to scratch or puncture. I actually used these for some recommended physical therapy exercises for my dog and they got pretty beat up (see the bottom one in the pic). They still function correctly for yoga but it is something to be aware of if you’re looking for blocks that are super durable.

When doing chair yoga I use these blocks because I’m petite and can’t reach the floor, these blocks give me the added leg length needed for chair yoga and other yoga exercises too.
