Tuscanini Authentic Italian Spaghetti Pasta Noodles reminded me of the Spaghetti Pasta I bought from Villa Cappelli years ago when they used to sell pasta. It was the best pasta I had ever had, which was made from an ancient grain, which was unique to Puglia, and was surprisingly good for people with diabetes. Basically this is real deal al dente Italian pasta that is not enriched unlike top rated brand Colavita pasta, which I almost bought over this. The pasta was tasty and satisfying. In fact I dropped 5 pounds over night the day after eating this pasta believe it or not. Real Italian pasta made right just hits different.

Absolutely delicious pasta! Doesn’t make you feel ick after eating it, we love it! Cooks quicker than other pastas and is much healthier. It goes perfectly with my husband’s home made sauce.

The product was exactly as described and we will always use this pasta. but it was delivered to the wrong address and our neighbor brought it over but has a video picture of the delivery person standing on the side walk and throwing the package onto the porch. Just glad that the items were not breakable. you might want to check who is delivering your packages

Very good! Italian pasta is so much better than the stuff they make in the US. They use Durham wheat not semolina. Durham has more protein in it. It’s a bit pricey but no bloat after eating it, wish they made a thin spaghetti too!
