I’m extremely happy with this Ultra Soft Queen Size Mattress Topper. Even though I am not a hot sleeper, I noticed right away that the bed feels much more breathable and comfortable than before. The bamboo viscose fabric feels fresh and soft, without trapping heat.
Another big benefit is that my allergies are gone since using this topper, which has greatly improved my sleep quality. Best of all, my back pain has completely disappeared. The pillow-top design provides excellent comfort and support without feeling too soft or sinking in.

This mattress topper definitely upgraded my bed! It’s super soft and adds a nice layer of cushion without feeling too thick or hot. I noticed a big difference in comfort right away, especially when sleeping on my side.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it needs a little time to fully fluff up, and you may need to adjust it occasionally so it stays in place. Once settled though, it provides great support and helps relieve pressure points.

I wasn’t able to sleep in my bed because the mattress hurt me to lay on but since buying this, I stay comfortable all night. It has deep pockets so it fits well around the mattress and hasn’t come loose even once since I put it on. The fabric is buttery smooth and it feels like it will be durable as well. It also does not make you hot to sleep on it. It actually cool you down. I haven’t tried to wash it yet but I’m sure it will be just fine when I do and since it fits so well I will say I feel it protects my mattress.

Never received this package on 1/2… They said wait and it still didn’t arrive by 1/5 the company was wonderful and reshipped a replacement which I received today.
I have to say the product is plush and appears to be very good quality.
I immediately placed it on my bed and laid on top of it it is so so comfortable.
My only issue with this is that I thought it would be more natural quality. it is mostly polyester …only the top side is 40% bamboo 60% polyester. The filling and the back side are 100% polyester.
Seller was stellar in addressing my refund or replacement. I chose replacement..and I am glad I did….I can’t wait to sleep tonight!

All I can say is OMGAWD!!! Thank You~!~!! We got a new mattress after the previous “The Cloud” Serta pillow top (I’ll never have another one) lasted for less than 8 years and I totally despised not being able to flip it models failed.. The new model is also a hybrid mattress, but is flippable and was just a bit too firm. I was feeling progressively more and more uncomfortable as the nights wore on, and with my serious back problems.. this just wouldn’t do.. So I began searching “Our Beloved Amazon – heh” for an alternative, and after quite some time and research finally landed on this wonderful topper. It’s like sleeping on top of well stuffed Ida Down on top of piles of silk. So very comfortable and my back pain is virtually completely gone now -such a relief! Be sure you follow the instructions on care and initial setup. You Do have to let it fluff out because of the vacuum packing (it wasn’t really heavy btw). Mine decompacted fine, but I still want to run it through the dryer when we next venture to the laundromat. Shake it a little here and there when you take it out and at least let it sit for a few hours. It was just as easy to put on the bed as a regular mattress protector, and I also put my regular protector on top of it for added security and waterproofing. The materials feel like they are of good quality.. Viscose is also called Rayon and can be made from a number of different materials, so take good care of it and follow the washing instructions carefully. Delicate only, and cool only, and use only a horizontal washer that does not have a central agitator or you will tear it up. Only dry on low temperatures (preferably in a very larger laundromat dryer so it has plenty of room to loosely toss about. Drying it in the sun is alright as well, but it won’t fluff like you want it to. I recommend using a waterproof and bug proof protector on top of this just to be sure you take care of it properly.
Now I want to buy one for both my Mother and my Aunt HAHAHHA! TG it is in my price range.. barely.
(Addendum: I have run it through the big dryer at the laundromat.. The dryer was cold so I gave it a quick warm on medium for anout 2 minutes and then tumbled on low for quite some time. The topper was fully ready in about 25 minutes, but I decided to elt it go on low while I did the rest of my laundry. It did perfectly and is just like the manufacturer photos.. I was so tired when I arrived home that I just flaked out on top of everything.. It was so comfortable that I was out liek a light in very short order and slept beautifully. I can attest that if you use this below your sheets instead of covering it with an additional mattress protector, that it does have better cooling effect. I will of course keep my waterproof/bugproof protector on top just for safety. The cat is nutz about the new topper as well.)

If I could give 100 stars I would. This mattress topper sure does what it is advertised to do. It’s not only unbelievably comfortable but is very cooling for people who run hot, It also has reduced my back pain while sleeping making it more manageable to sleep. I toss and turn probably 80-90% less since getting this topper, have gotten SUCH a better quality nights sleep. I went from 3-5 hours of sleep a night to about 7 hours a night since purchasing. Great feel, great fit, perfect topper that will transform an otherwise uncomfortable bed to a high-quality sleep experience you would expect only from a top name brand bed. I LOVE my Bamboo mattress topper! It’s soft and pillowy, hypoallergenic, machine Washable (make sure to follow PROPER wash instructions) and affordable. This mattress topper has not disappointed me at all. I DO recommend this product and I will be ordering more for guests in my spare room. It wicks moisture away from my body and it keeps me warm or cool depending on the sheets and blankets I use with it. I let it air puff for 24 hours before putting it on my mattress and voila! This mattress topper is very well priced, is delivered very quickly and is packed wonderfully. It needs to be left out of the bag for a few hours once opened, or put into the tumble drier for 20 minutes to fluff it out completely. I get very hot at night and read from some reviews that this topper helps. It definitely does! Since putting it on our bed I do not wake up often at all with night sweats, it makes the bed feel more luxurious and comfortable and I do get a better nights sleep. It is not super thick, but for me it is thick enough. It does not have that feel of sinking into memory foam which I am glad about, it is more like a huge soft pillow that you are sleeping on, but not too soft at all. I purchased two of these, one for the spare bedroom for when family sleep over. I am sure they will love it just as much as I do.

The truth is that I was very surprised by this mattress cover. From the first night I felt the difference. It is very soft, padded and gives a much more comfortable feeling to the mattress. When I tell you that my expectations have been exceeded, it would be an understatement. I’ve been using this mattress topper for just under two weeks and it has honestly changed my life! About a year ago, my husband and I were newlywed and making our first big purchase: a larger mattress because my full mattress wasn’t cutting it anymore. So we walked into one of those mattress stores and laid on a bunch until we found one we both liked. It was a queen hybrid (partial spring, partial memory form) adjustable bed. It was great for the first 6ish months, but it was just starting to feel more and more uncomfortable. My husband hadn’t complained, and I didn’t want to complain – so I started looking for other options and after a TON of research, this is what I went with. I am actually EXCITED to go to sleep now! I’m not kidding! This feels AMAZING – like I’m sleeping on an actual cloud, and my body actually feels rested after sleeping on this amazing topper. I really, REALLY hope it holds up for a bit and keeps it’s shape/cushiness. When I wash my bedding weekly, I put this in the tumble dryer on high to reshape/re-puff and it works great.
Also, for those wondering, I’m a HOT sleeper and went searching for reviews on this exact issue when purchasing, I do not find that I run hot with this mattress topper at all. I’m comfortably warm but not overly so. I got it on sale for less than $40 and I truly feel it’s the best money I’ve spent on Amazon.

As soon as we got home, I put it on our bed, and oh my goodness! At first, I thought it was too thin. But it fluffed up a bit and feels so soft, like butter, like silk, but almost creamy. I just received this Ultra Soft Queen Mattress Topper and put it on my older mattress today. I’m a 41-year-old side sleeper (sometimes back sleeper) and I’ve been dealing with joint stiffness and pressure in my hips and shoulders, so I was really hoping this would add extra cushioning.
Right out of the package, it fluffed up nicely and feels very well made. Once I laid on it, I immediately noticed how plush and soft it feels without completely sinking in. It adds a thick, cozy layer that definitely makes my older mattress feel more comfortable.
As a side sleeper, I can already tell it gives better pressure relief around my shoulders and hips just from laying on it. I’m excited to see how it feels after a full night’s sleep, but so far I’m really impressed with the comfort level and quality.

The topper tripled in thickness after 20 minutes in the dryer on the Low setting. At first, when you open this up it doesn’t look like it would do much, but if you throw it in the dryer ON LOW (bamboo can burn easy) for about 20 to 30 minutes, it puffs it up real quick. Bamboo viscose is extremely soft and extremely comfortable and extremely fluffy. The pockets are deep so it fits on my bed just fine. I removed the 2-in memory foam topper that was hurting me and replaced it with this and I have slept better the last week than I have in months. My hips are not in pain when I wake up and neither are my knees. A great purchase decision.
