I’ve tried several massage chairs over the years, but this one is on another level. The upgraded 4D massage feels incredibly natural — it’s like real hands working on your back, not those hard, robotic rollers. I also love the 3D surround sound — I can close my eyes, play some relaxing music, and it feels like a spa experience at home.The wireless phone charger is a nice bonus too. Totally worth every penny!

Or so we thought… the bar that attaches this assembly to the main chair is 19.5 inches long and the fittings it is supposed to attach to is only 19 inches. I called to see if they included the wrong assembly and was told the only option I had was to return the entire chair. I decided to modify the bushings myself to make it work and they gave me a $50 gift card. That should never happen with something like this. We otherwise like the chair…

So far, this chair has exceeded our expectations for relief of muscle and joint soreness. It has 19 primary programs, plus heat and body sensing features. We have used it daily for about a month with no problems. Highly recommend.

An important factor in giving this one a try was the reasonable price for this massage chair in comparison to the astronomically expensive other options I looked into. But glad I gave it a try, because after having used it for a couple of weeks now, I think it’s been a great value for me personally. Some things I noticed:
* Very easy to install. It’s just 2 pieces and took me 5 mins to set up
* the build quality feels solid and it operates without noise
* it’s quite comfortable, soft and a great size even for a bigger person than me
* I particularly like the more minimalistic style which can blend in a living room or office. I personally disliked the spaceship looking chairs in my minimalist living space.
* there are only 2-3 massage modes, but I’m fine with that since I like it more of a casual comfy chair with normal looking design and some massage functionality. But I definitely love how comfy it gets when fully or partially reclined. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

I’m 5’3” and 130 lbs, and the headrest on this MeitFith Store massage chair on Amazon pushed my head forward instead of cradling it. After 20 minutes my neck felt more strained, not less. The padding is soft enough, but the ergonomics didn’t line up with my height and it never felt truly supportive.

In my experience it behaved more like a vibrating recliner than a full-body massage chair. The “zero gravity” recline is comfy, but the massage felt surface-level with limited pressure variation. If you’re looking for deep neck work, this wasn’t it for me.

At about 59 pounds it’s light for a “full body” chair, which makes unboxing easy. Assembly was simple: slide the back onto the base and you’re done. Materials look clean out of the box, but the lighter weight also hints at fewer internal components compared with true heavy-duty massage chairs.

When looking for a massage chair, there were so many different options. Basically, I had to choose one that met my needs closest because not every option was available. I would say someone recommended having a back light on the screen so you can see what buttons you’re trying to push in the dark that would be helpful. For some reason. It seems to bother my one knee it squeezes it so tight that it is sometimes pulling on it, but only one side also would be nice if there was rollers on the calves and the calf and foot area had an option to heat. But overall, I really like this chair my boyfriend is 6’2 230lbs and he does have a hard time fitting in it which it said that it would be fine for that height, but I do feel like it could’ve been a little bit larger.

I bought this chair mostly due to the price point being so affordable compared to other chairs. I had tried the chair at a doctor’s office and liked the basic massage it gives. I was surprised to find it was less than $1K so decided to buy one for my home. It’s a fairly small chair, it has a narrower footprint than more expensive chairs – I didn’t have a lot of room for it so that was a positive for me. I am 5’3″ and it’s totally fine for me. Anyone over 6 ft tall might not care for it. I use it 2-4 times per week. My biggest complaints would be no way to disable the voice control – which is awful, and the instructions of how to use manual modes is hard to figure out – the instructions in general aren’t great which I figure is the tradeoff for a lower priced model.
