I don’t use this as an exercise tool, rather a back popper. I use this to pop my back several times a day. It has greatly reduced my back pain and my need to visit the chiropractor. Well worth the money!

I was so excited to get this. As soon as I took it out and tried it, my back got some serious relief with cracks up and down the spine. It really stretched out my lower back where I have a lot of pain. My 6’2” son tried it and he was able to use it with ease. I’m 5’1” and it was easy for me as well. While I wish it was smaller, the fact that my whole family can use this, I’m good with the size.
It has a grip layer so it is great on any time flooring. Just be watchful of dog fur if it rolls in it! Yes he stretching band is great as well. A tool I really need.
I have a knee injury and several old injuries from the Army that is creeping up on me as I hit 40! So, this set is really helping me with those aches and pains.
With the COVID 19 quarantine, I don’t want to go to the chiropractor. I use this daily and I feel great.

Bought it to roll my back on. Very sturdy and good quality, thick plastic , soft padding makes rolling on it comfortable. Kind of gets my back to crack, could do better, but that’s my back, not the fault of the wheel

I’m a big guy with a bad back. I read that these can help improve back pain and mobility. I was worried that this wouldn’t support my 100kg of weight but I am pleased to say it takes my weight without a problem and is rated for much heavier too.
You can use this for multiple stretches. The box includes a sheet showing some stretches but you can find loads online. Just search ‘yoga wheel stretches’.
The big one I want it to help with is where you gradually lean back and round your back and neck towards your ankles. I find this a difficult stretch but I think this in time will help me increase my back and neck flexibility in a safe manner.
This wheel has some padding on it. It’s quite firm padding so you may want to wrap a towel around it for further padding for certain stretches. I also suggest you put a padded mat under it or carpet to protect you and your wheel when leaning backwards in case you lose balance.
Price seems fair for a wheel of this quality.

I am very pleased with this yoga wheel. It’s the same great quality as at my yoga studio. Very good value to get the yoga strap and the guide as well. I bought it for restorative yoga back stretches, and with the guide, I’ll definitely use it for additional postures. My only complaint is that it did not come with the FREE yoga strap as described in the listing on amazon. Thats the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
