Need to have a man around to open this container. Oil seems fine. Fried some chicken in it that was super crispy, but I had to wait until my male neighbor got home at 830p at night to open it for me because i couldn’t open the bucket after the plastic pull strip was removed. It hurt my hands on the cutout tabbed lid. It even hurt with gloves on for protection to try to pry the tabs up and took more strength than i had. I was afraid when i closed it up that i wouldn’t be able to open it again without my male neighbor, but gratefully, i was able to.
