These had no effect on my reactive dog. I didn’t use them daily, because it says as needed. They may work for fireworks or thunderstorms, but they don’t work for leash reactivity. They are VERY expensive for something that did not work!

I think this formula is great and super effective at calming my reactive rescue dog. I do recommend it to people. It does as it says- it lasts longer than the original formula. However I have two complaints. 1- it’s not chewy or crunchy, it’s just a dense almost stale kind of tablet that was supposed to be a chew. My dog doesn’t eat it unless I chop it up into little pieces and mix with her food. 2- the packaging is supposed to be resealable but the ziplock feature doesn’t work well. So I repackaged it in my own bag that closes.

This has worked in helping calm our dogs anxiety. It took the edge off and we also combined it with prescription meds. We are working to find the balance for her during her reactivity training with a behaviorist so I can get her back into the ring to competed. You do have to give it every day and like most meds it take a few weeks to get into there system.

I used this product for about 40 days. 1 dose a day for that time for all 3 of my cats. They weren’t a fan of the taste and it has a strong almost musty smell but I just broke it into smaller pieces and shook it in their dry kibble and that was enough to get them to eat it. I did start to notice a positive change in behavior in one of my cats towards the end but it started causing vomiting in all 3 of them the last few days of use. I had to take one of them to the emergency vet because I had no idea what was going on but he vomited about 8 times in 10 minutes and then the stress of all of that caused him to have a herpes flare-up which led to another visit with his regular vet. If you decide to try this, start slowly to see if they have any side effects. It might be better for short term use versus everyday but I needed it for everyday stress and not acute events. I decided to give the re rest of the bag to someone else who might benefit.

Recommended by my vet, and it works! We give to our 95lb rottie once a day and he finally relaxes. Previously we had to give him a prescription sedative but this is so much better. He calms down but isn’t sleepy. The smell isn’t terrible, and he eats them without needing to be hidden in a pill pocket. He eats them they are a dog treat. Highly recommend!

Love these! Our dog is terrified of storms and fireworks. He would shake uncontrollably and vomit. We’ve tried many different calming treats and none helped. These treats are amazing!!! Calm him down without making him groggy. Over time it has actually helped give him some confidence with storms/fireworks, and we only need to give him one treat now instead of two. These are a staple in our house and we recommend them to all of our friends!

Great product

Vet Recommended. This stuff works pretty well. This and the collar, the diffuser, and … all tied together. It’s difficult to say how it tastes, I did not taste it. It’s pretty easy to use if you put the cheese on it also Vet recommended. With that, my dogs thought it tasted pretty good. It has good ingredients or their doctor wouldn’t have suggested it. It is safe for them, it isn’t an all day heavy sedative. It goes to work pretty quickly.

This product is “veterinary strength,” and the dosage is a bit too much. When I say bit…I mean, you’ll potentially think you’ve put your dog down…My boxer, based on weight, should need 2 of the chews. I gave her a full chew, thinking one was half of the dosage and would take the edge off. Unfortunately, I truly thought I overdosed my dog. So, use my experience and 1/4 of the actual dosage. My 82 lb, 12-year-old Boxer takes 1/2 of a chew to take the edge off, and it is plenty.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
We have bought this same product in a larger size (old packaging) for the same price! So they are now charging the same for price for less product. Also, price is now $5.oo cheaper, and it’s been about a week since we ordered.
We will find something else to calm our dog during thunderstorms and fireworks.
In our opinion, not worth the money.

These chews have completely changed my dog’s behavior! She’ll actually go outside when it’s raining now and has stopped destroying my house!
A little pricey, but cheaper than constant repairs!!

I’ve tried every product out there for my GSD’s storm and fireworks phobia. This is the only thing I’ve found that actually works. It does make her sleepy, but it doesn’t knock her all the way out. She just settles down and seems relaxed. She loves the flavor and she’s a picky pup. It is a little pricey for big dogs, but worth it.

Dog loves them, one chew works great, she weighs 28 pounds

I give my small (10lb) dog a half a chew after dinner to help her through evening dementia and anxiety and it really helps her a lot. Just purchased my second bag.

These might work for other dogs but sadly did not work for our anxious 15 month old Beagle in car. I bought these on our Vets advice for car rides and for the vet visits. I have given him one a few times about an hour before we were going in the car for our walks at the park but it did not help at all, he was still anxious in the car with the barking and jumping around. Was hoping it would take the edge off just a little but ,no it didn’t. So our vet said give it everyday ,tried that but now our beagle decided he doesn’t like the taste and wont eat it ,so I put it in his breakfast but he eats around it. So I guess now I will have to cut them up to put in his food just to use them up because they are to expensive to waste.
