Longtime customer, however received my item today with crumbled pieces. Hard to give as a supplement in this condition.

I can buy these locally for almost $5 cheaper. But they are not in stock reliably. So I did subscribe and save. I don’t know what they do in the shipping process, but the treats are almost always mangled. They have a consistency like play- doh. When they arrive beaten up, you have crumbs that you have to try and squish back together and then you are guessing with the dosing. The product itself is excellent and has really helped my dog. The vet said she needed to be on Omega 3s for her autoimmune diseases. She seems to love the taste and gobbles them up. It’s too bad they arrive so destroyed.

I had high hopes for this product, but the quality is very inconsistent. The chews come in completely different sizes and shapes — some are small and crumbly, others are large and hard. It’s impossible to know if I’m giving my dog the correct dosage, and that’s really concerning for a supplement.
The package says they’re “soft chews,” but several pieces were so hard my dog refused to eat them. For the price and brand, I expected much better quality control.
I’m very disappointed and will be canceling my subscription, I won’t be ordering this product again.

Increased price, decreased quality. At over $1 per piece this should not be allowed. Longtime customer, but the quality control continues to decrease. With the increase in price, upgrade your packaging.
