My family and I argue and fight over this. I have to hide some at times. This is the only flavored water we will drink unless we make our own. I buy them in bulk if I can.

I dislike most of these drinks but focus and lemonade are the only two that don’t assault my mouth with too many flavors at once. I cannot speak to the vitamin content or health benefits (there’s quite a bit of sugar in all drinks these days). Just treat it like a soft drink with your lunch when your counting calories and sugar.

I gave this 5 stars cos it was good. I put it in the fridge and it was really nice and cold. But I noticed with some of these vitamin waters that there’s a lot of sugar in it. I wonder why all the sugar??? Some of them don’t have sugar and they taste just as good and I prefer those more. None the less, I’ve been doing housework and I’m sweating like crazy and it was great! Highly recommend!
