Fantastic taste. Makes burgers taste better than restaurants.
Veldrusara “Velly” Foxfeathers –
Tastes just like butter and steak in a bottle. It’s unreal.
James Bowring –
Excellent seasoning, great with tacos

I’ve tried many Weber seasonings, and this Chophouse Butter blend stands out with its rich, buttery flavor and that signature steakhouse aroma. It adds a nice depth to grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and even baked potatoes. The texture is fine and mixes evenly, creating a great crust when searing steak.
The only drawback is the salt level — it’s stronger than expected, so you have to be careful not to overdo it. If you adjust the amount, it delivers an amazing taste that enhances almost any dish. Overall, a high-quality product with excellent flavor balance, just a touch too salty for my personal preference.

I use this Weber Chop House butter seasoning on my French fries and it tastes awesome. The seasoning quality is excellent and a good value for your money. I use this seasoning on many different items and it doesn’t disappoint.

I use this on everything from steak to chicken to veggies. Great for whatever you’re grilling on the Blackstone. The texture is very fine, so be careful to shake it gently so that you don’t over do it. The seasoning does have salt, pepper, and other spices in it, so you don’t want to absolutely coat your protein/veg. Makes everything taste restaurant quality. Definitely one of my favorite go-tos from the spice cabinet.

This seasoning is a game-changer for home grilling. The balance of savory spices gives burgers that crave-worthy umami depth you’d expect at a high-end steakhouse. I tried it on ground beef, turkey patties, and even roasted veggies—delicious across the board. It’s versatile, not overpowering, and brings that “grilled outdoors” vibe even if you’re cooking indoors.
Ingredients:
Salt, dehydrated onion, spices (including paprika and garlic), sugar, natural flavor, yeast extract, and spice extractives. (Simple and effective blend, no weird fillers.)
Smell:
Bold and smoky with hints of paprika and roasted garlic. You get that familiar BBQ aroma right out of the bottle.
Texture:
Medium grind—visible herbs and spices. Perfect for hand-mixing into meats without clumping.
Taste:
Savory, slightly peppery with a touch of sweetness. Enhances natural meat flavor without masking it.
Feel:
Evenly coats meat and holds up well during grilling or pan-searing. No chalkiness or residue.
Value:
For under $ this outperforms several pricier boutique blends. One jar goes a long way.
Comparison:
Comparable to Spiceology or McCormick Grill Mates, but at a better value. This one holds its own next to gourmet brands.
Summary:
This seasoning adds instant chef-quality flavor to burgers, meats, and veggies. It’s a must-have for grill season and easily earns a permanent spot in my spice rack.

Love this Weber Garlic Sriracha seasoning and can only find it thru Amazon. I cost more than I used to pay in the store but it’s worth it in my opinion.

Delicious on EVERYTHING! There used to be a steakhouse in OC MD that had great buttery tasting steaks and this has a very similar flavor to that. It’s so good we even use it on popcorn! 🍿
