I absolutely love Weber Kick’n Chicken! This seasoning adds incredible flavor and makes grilling quick and effortless.
Cooking at home also saves a lot of money. You don’t need to buy expensive marinades or eat out to enjoy perfectly seasoned, restaurant-quality grilled chicken.
Here’s my go-to recipe that always turns out amazing. You can make delicious grilled chicken in less than 30 minutes. Go ahead and try it. You’ll thank me later!
Ingredients:
• 1/4 lb chicken (medium chicken thigh)
• 1/2 tablespoon Weber Kick’n Chicken
• 1 clove of crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
Process:
In a bowl, mix the Weber Kick’n Chicken, crushed garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add the chicken thigh and coat both sides evenly with the mixture. There’s no need to marinate for a long time—you can cook it right away.
Preheat your grill to 400°F. Grill one side for 8 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 8 minutes. That’s it. Juicy, flavorful chicken ready in no time!

For a low salt spice, this ones a Keeper! It tastes very smooth and rich on meat and salads. I use it to make dips and sauces that are healthier. Low sodium and good flavor don’t go together that easily, so when you find a spice that works it pays to keep it.

My go-to seasoning in the pantry. It has excellent flavor and is versatile. I use it for chicken and pork marinade (mixed with olive oil, vinegar and water) and as shake-on flavoring along with drizzled olive oil for roasted asparagus, and zucchini/summer squash (add some crushed basil to finish these off). It adds a nice touch to soups when I don’t want to measure out a bunch of things individually – very quick and effective – it is very hard to go wrong with this seasoning!

I originally found this is my local grocery store but can’t find it there no more – no grocery store but thankfully Amazon didn’t let me down. This one of the greatest seasoning rubs I have tried, I even got my mom hooked on it. I have used it for steaks and ribs so far and everything has been perfectly seasoned and super yummy. This is my go-to to make garlic bread. It has a great flavor and I’ve also used it to season chicken wings as an alternative to lemon pepper or jerk seasoning.

This is by far the best garlic and herb seasoning I’ve found anywhere! You can literally see each spice so the grind is nice and chunky! It’s roasted too so the depth of flavor it adds to dishes is exceptional! The heat level is perfect because it’s not spicy at all from the pepper flakes. The size is great for what you pay. It’s a versatile seasoning that I use on just about everything I cook!

To be frank the first sample I didn’t love so much. It has “flavor”, it’s a fine spice to have but I was looking for something that would essentially rival or replace my favorite “all-purpose seasoning” on a hamburger or that I would prefer over your standard all-purpose. I can’t quite say this is it. It’s a fun little addition, like another reviewer said you can tell there’s something comparable to a “bacon cheese” flavor profile going on. Will definitely spice up a plain unseasoned patty on a plain bun (or without). Requires a fairly large amount to get any sort of noticeable taste from what I’ve observed. Tried it a few more times and over time I have grown to appreciate its unique flavor profile and taste it bestows upon a burger. Unless that’s just MSG. (There is no “No MSG” label and that’s a pretty good thing to market if so, particularly on a seasoning, so, I dunno, you can tuck that under “natural flavors” I’m pretty sure). Definitely don’t regret the purchase at this point and think it can provide an extra “oomph” or notable and unique taste to a burger that your favorite generic “all-purpose seasoning” doesn’t. It’s always nice to change things up so if not just for that purpose, it will definitely compliment your current favorite hamburger seasoning with a bit of unique flavor that more common all-purpose seasoning doesn’t offer. So again I can’t say this would replace my (generic) “all-purpose seasoning” on hamburger meat, but does make a nice addition, if not just to change things up. Tasting the seasoning itself plain right now just for purposes of this review: it’s more of a “flavored” salt. So at worst, it’s a bit gimmicky; a “nothing special” spice to collect just to have done so. At best, it does actually give a “lower quality” hamburger patty (in my case, a frozen “Bubba burger”) a bit of a richness and savory taste that you would only find in a fresh and more expensive high-quality steakhouse burger. But so would just about any of the common, high-quality “all-purpose” seasonings, in my opinion. Solid four stars I guess.

Life would just not be the same without this spice! We use it in SO many recipes. The blend of flavors is perfect for chicken, eggs, rice dishes, over beans, pasta, salads, etc. It is SO versatile! The heat level is medium-hot, but perfect in our opinion. No matter what size I get, I am always running out so I try to keep a back-up jar!
