Lo utilice como indicaba el frasco. Mi recomendación? Puede ser un buen suplemento pero INICIA CON UNA SOLA CAPSULA, 2 es una dosis muy fuerte para algunos. Para mi fue fuerte y senti sus efectos secundarios. Lo deje de tomar una semana y volví con una capsula varias veces en la semana. Y así me ha funcionado mucho mejor. Consulta Google o IA para efectos secundarios. Considera que su efecto no lo sentirás de inmediato, por eso recomiendo comenzar con una capsula y después de una semana observar resultados.
