Have only been using as self massage on legs and lower back last few days and found using this tool gives me better access to legs, arms and lower back. Helps so far some with swelling. Hope to learn more and get massage therapist to show me how to use more for best help. The way this is made is simple design but helps my hand to have good grip and more accessibility to legs etc. I would recommend and reading simple chart or a book if you have never used or done self massage technique’s especially if you are using for lymphatic draining ie massage. I am still trying to learn helpful techniques. Several books available on Amazon but have not purchased yet. I am disabled and don’t have really strong hands or grip but I have found this massage tool to be effective nonetheless.

Wow I never thought a simple product like this could help my lipedema in my legs so well!! I bought it just hoping it would maybe help me massage the fluids out of my legs that are constantly so full of fluids that the skin bursts & . The different curves fit the really uneven & very oversized shape of my legs. I can start with my feet and work all the way up even into my overhanging apron on my stomach. I have a lot of fluids that even bloat my stomach too. I spent 20 minutes working with this tool before bed, its shapes also allowing me to grip it very tightly being able to apply the right amount of pressure, & when I woke up the next morning my skin wasnt so tight it was loose and not constructing my feet I could actually move my toes & wear actual shoes & not slippers. After 3 days of using this i can see the muscles in my ankles again & my thighs aren’t so tight & heavy. To be totally honest even though im embarrassed about it, my thighs have been so swollen they even fold over my knees making it hard to walk. The 3rd day the skin was loose at my knees. I was so relieved and happy. I may order a second one as backup just in case I misplace this one or the dogs decide this is their new toy if I leave it down because its so amazing really! For those of you suffering with Lipedema or Lymphedema or just edema in your legs if you know you know what im talking about. This will really help if you continue to use it. Im using it 2-3 times a day now so im going to use it after applying Voltaren gel and really try to see if I can make a bigger improvement!
