I use this for pelvic floor exercises. It’s much more comfortable than the full foam roller I had been using. Seems pretty sturdy. No pieces are rubbing/breaking off.

I wasn’t sure if I should purchase this one or the cork variation, but I’m very happy that I chose this one. My reasoning is that I’m using it while working at a standing desk. This high density foam is very firm, but it also has a very slight squishiness to it. This allows me to stand on it, as well as stretch my calf and strengthen my feet for longer periods of time rather than using the high density cork variation. Also, it’s pretty awesome that it’s way cheaper.

I’m almost a year post-op from Chiari malformation decompression surgery and started using this half-round foam roller as part of my at-home physical therapy. It has been a game changer for improving posture, balance, and relieving upper back and neck tension.
The high-density foam is firm and durable but still comfortable to use. I mainly use it for chest openers, calf stretches, and core stability work. These exercises have helped reduce tightness and pressure in my neck and shoulders. If you’re recovering from Chiari or need something solid for gentle, consistent support at home, this is a great tool to have.

Its material is sound, but it’s too short to effectively support the front of my ankle joint for split squats. I had hoped it would rest on my plyo box, but it’s too smooth and slides. If I hadn’t discovered too late that I could use a chair from my kitchen, I would have returned it or purchased heavy duty double sided tape for it.
Delivery was great and Yes4All is a reliable vendor, but I couldn’t use this as I’d hoped.

Work great for stretching out my hip flexors. I have a plethora of back issues… surgery on my spine 1y ago. I can really feel my hip flexors stretching while using this product. Worth the money. However, for me It does hurt due to the stiffness of the product. To each their own due to Pain tolerance for individuals.
