Terri –
It is VERY relaxing and I sleep all night when I drink it before bed.
Wes –
This is one of my favorite teas! It’s delicious to drink…plus I use the tea bag as an eye comfort pad .
The order came quickly and was well packaged.

Yogi Tea Honey Lavender Stress Relief Tea is a calming, aromatic escape in a cup! The soothing blend of lavender and chamomile is perfectly balanced with a touch of honey-like sweetness, creating a truly blissful experience. Each sip brings a gentle wave of relaxation, helping to melt away the day’s stress.
The lavender is fragrant but not overpowering, and the honey flavor adds just the right amount of natural sweetness, making it enjoyable even without any added sweeteners. I love the comforting warmth this tea provides, and it’s become my go-to ritual before bedtime or whenever I need to wind down.
The bonus? Yogi’s positive and uplifting messages on each tea bag tag add a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this tea to anyone looking for a delicious and calming way to unwind!

So this tea doesn’t smell like lavender but it sure does have the calming effects that lavender does! You can be having the worst day and know that it’s going to be very hard to sleep. All you need to do is brew of a cup of this and you will feel a little of that stress go away as you drink it. There is something about the smell and taste that just relaxes you. From the moment you open the tea bag and smell just how good the tea bag smells, the relaxing process has begun. Next, you’ll notice on your tea bag that it has a little encouraging or enlightening statement on each teabag end, you never really know what the bag will say, but you will know that it’s probably a thought of positively that you needed to hear. Once you brew the tea, you’ll really start to get in the mood and your tastebuds will begin to crave the delicious liquid that awaits. Don’t drink it quite yet, it’s probably a bit too hot and also tastes best if you let it steep for 2-3 minutes longer. After you have practiced your patience, it’s time to decide if you want honey or sugar in your tea, or if you just want to have it without any. I think it tastes perfectly sweet without any sweeteners of any kind, and many times before bed ,I will drink it with nothing added. If I drink it in the middle of the day i’ll add some honey to treat myself.
Now that your tea is brewed and ready to drink, it’s time to choose a relaxing activity while you drink it. I recommend reading, meditation, or just a calm movie. That’s the yogi stress experience in my opinion. I’ve been drinking this tea for years and I’ll keep drinking it for many, many more. I drink it mainly for stress but also take it when I’m traveling and will be staying in an unfamiliar place like a hotel room where I know it will be more difficult to get s good nights sleep.
Expert tip:
If you drink this tea combined with lavender essential oils either in a diffuser or on your pillow, get ready to sleep like you haven’t had in years.

Tastes good and is relaxing.

My husband loves drinking this tea while he works from home

Love this tea. Full flavor, hot or cold, wonderful. Unlike many other herbal teas, this has a lot of body to it, which will fool you into believing there’s some black tea in there….there isn’t. Caffeine free! Good deal for 4 boxes too.

I enjoy the taste of this tea. I’m not sure it relieves my stress. It came quickly in the mail.

Love to find relaxing teas without clove/spice or acidic tastes (lemon). This has a pure lavender, honey flavor and is very calming. I’ve been buying it for almost a decade. Love.

I bought this tea after remembering a honey lavender blend from another brand that I loved years ago and believe has since been discontinued. When I came across this Yogi tea, I decided to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did.
The flavor is smooth and well-balanced. I especially enjoy it with added honey (any kind works well). I find it very relaxing to drink—not because I think it has a strong calming effect on its own, but because the warmth and flavor feel soothing and comforting.
I prefer my tea on the stronger side, so I usually use two tea bags in an 8–12 oz cup, though one bag would be fine for an 8 oz serving. I purchased the four-pack and expect I’ll go through it quickly. Overall, I’m very pleased with the flavor, value, and presentation, and I would definitely buy this tea again.

I really like this tea after a stressful day driving through city traffic making deliveries all day! I like the Soothing caramel better, BUT my wife (luckily) found that poppy was one of the ingredients which could cause a false positive on a drug test so as a professional driver I can’t risk it. If you don’t need to worry about false positive drug tests and need a relaxing tea Yogi Soothing Caramel has my highest recommendation.
