I got this on a whim after falling in love with hydrotherapy on a trip. In my experience, the ice cold water wakes your senses up and invigorates your body – especially when paired with warm water dips that relax your body.
Figured Iโd try it on my face & wow! Itโs a shock. I pulled the bowl from the freezer and popped it open to the biggest level, filled it with water and submerged my face. I ended up doing it three times and feeling like it did awaken my senses!
The design is very cool. The plate lays flat in the freezer and pops up one level at a time and turning into a good sized bowl.

It folds flat for storage, relatively easy to clean, and the built-in ice tray means you can freeze water right in it without needing extra molds! Itโs great in the morning to reduce puffiness and wake up your skin, and I love how portable it is for travel or small spaces! Overall easy to use, good quality product and experience!

I give this 3 stars. It works as intended but the ice is so hard to get out. I really struggled with the ice and honestly just putting ice in there is more convenient. I do like that it drys fast, cleans easily and folds away to be stored for next time.

I absolutely love this silicone folding ice tray for your face! Itโs super easy to use just fill with water, freeze, and pop out the cubes. Add a little more water and dunk your face for an incredibly refreshing experience. Itโs easy to clean, helps reduce puffiness around my eyes, and makes my skin feel amazing. A great way to wake up and feel energized!

This is a great way to wake up! The bowl stays in the freezer overnight, and then in the morning I give my face and neck an ice bath. I pour some hot water from the kettle in the bowl so that ice gets released faster. I instantly feel refreshed and ready to start my day. Then I add more water and put the bowl back in the freezer. The whole routine takes a few minutes and fits my schedule perfectly.
I can highly recommend this ice bowl to anyone.

It also can help with puffiness, redness and temporarily tighten your pores. Definitely could help improve your overall skin health and look. This little bowl is super easy to use and the size is great for your whole face. Fill up those little ice pockets with water and freeze for a few hours. Then you just crack them around to loosen and add water in the bowl. The silicone rubber is nice and durable, so the bowl itself will last. Easy to store and put away since itโs collapsible. Overall, Itโs a handy item to have in your daily self care routine. My husband even likes to use it! I do recommend
