Great idea but the sizing and shape doesn’t fit my face. I guess I have lower ears than everyone else because when I wear it, it covers my eyes and is down my nose. I think where the placement of the straps doesn’t make it a good fit for me. Also it doesn’t get as cold as I would like to get the depuffing benefits.

However, it does run slightly big and I have to make the straps really tight so it it stays on my face. Also, MAKE SURE TO USE THE SCENT BAG! It gets cold fast and feels really soothing around the eyes and cheeks. On mornings when I wake up puffy, it helps me look more “awake” after 10–15 minutes.

It’s not just a tiny eye pad—this covers most of the eye/upper cheek area and gives a nice overall de-puff vibe.
Works for both hot/cold use.
I mostly use it cold, but it’s nice that it can be warmed too if you want a relaxing compress.
What I didn’t love
It’s a bit heavy.
The gel makes it feel weighty on the face. Some people will like the pressure, but if you’re sensitive around your eyes, it can feel like a lot.
