Pretty well made. I bought the white one and dyed with with synthetic dye and it looks amazing. I was going to wear it once for Halloween but now I’m going to wear it to a con. Highly recommend.

Would probably be fine for a costume in cooler weather. But if it’s warm at all, you’re going to boil in this because it’s basically plastic. I still gave it four stars because the color and style were on point.

The quality of the fabric is great… it’s what I expect from a robe, however it was smaller than what I was expecting it to be. Luckily it barely fit, but it’s still tight. I wear XL and the XL I bought was definitely slightly less than that. If I were these guys, I would consider running a 2XL too.

I am a 5’9”, 287lbs., heavyset adult male. I have a 44” waist with a 46-48” stomach. Finding clothing and costumes that fit is a chore at best. I ordered this black robe in an XL which was the largest size available. I was apprehensive and certain I would love the style, but also end up looking like an overstuffed sausage.
I am thrilled to announce to the world, and especially my fellow big people, that this robe fit perfectly. It was neither too big or too small, but -as Goldilocks might say- “it was just right.” There is a comfortable girth around both my gut and my big butt without feeling like the robe is 2-20x larger than the appropriate size. I could move about and sit comfortably in this robe without feeling undo attention being brought to my insecurities. The material feels solid without being too heavy, nor is it ungodly thin and sheer as if to reveal the junk in my trunk to the world.
If you are on the larger size like me, and sitting on the fence with this, definitely give it a try.

I want to start off overall this is a great ritual robe, the splits at the bottom make walking around easy, is easy to put on and overall nice to wear. With that being said, here’s the issue with the XL, the belt is too short and can’t be used. It needs to be at least I’d say 6-8 inches longer to fit. With that, I knocked off a star. I however still recommend this ritual robe, just be prepared to look for a different belt if you order XL.
