Im loving the new packaging that contains individual servings. These single servings are approximately 2×4 in size and contain a 14g serving size. Perfect for people on the go. Taste was great, still containing the same ingredients as the older package.
One packet is mixed with 6oz of very cold water. This nutritional drink mix did provide me with extra energy, the ability to focus on simple tasks in areas of my everyday life that I was struggling in. The drink was affective within a day or so. I felt relief.
